- Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days except for pre-order items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Some of the special cases affected temporary shutdowns like Movement Control Order (MCO). It may cause a delayed until we get further instructions.
- The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
- Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us to be eligible for a return.
- And the item return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items returned must be in its original packing.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- After 30 days, all sales are final, and returns will not be accepted.
- Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately!
- All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.

Simultaneously, the customer also consents to CTOS Data System Sdn Bhd to disclose his credit information to Unitech Copier Solutions Sdn Bhd for purposes of determining the customer’s credit standing.
